I/ Industrial bals plug application:

Industrial sockets and industrial plugs are devices used to connect to get power to use for certain electrical appliances.

II/ Classification of industrial plugs bals:

II.1 Classification by power source:

1 phase and 3 phase power supply

Single-phase power source: includes 3 wires (hot wire L, neutral wire N, wire L and N called 2P and safety ground wire E); with this power supply, sockets or industrial plug usually has the symbol 2P + E (this type has 3 poles, abbreviated as 3P, 3 Pin).

3-phase power source: there are 2 types 3P+E (abbreviated as 4P) and 3P+N+E (abbreviated as 5P);

Note: P stands for Pin – number of poles; E is Earthing – safely ground the device

II.2 Watertight classification:

corresponding non-wet indoor use class and outdoor or indoor use type in humid areas respectively IP67

II.3 Sort by Installation type:

II.3.1/ negative mounting type: usually installed on the side and outside the door of the electrical cabinet, installed on the electrical cable tray, …   (cut holes and insert the socket, the connection of the power cable to the socket. is inside the electrical cabinet or cable tray, …).
II.3.2/ floating mounting type: mounted on the wall or on the side of certain machinery and equipment, the electrical cable connection is external.
II.3.3/ portable wire connection type: this type of socket is not fixed in a certain position, but is dropped by wire, simply understood as a socket used for wiring, …

Normally, the power of sockets and plugs is divided by Ampere current;
The basic types are: 16A, 32A, 63A, 125A
