10 TYPES OF COMMON CADIVI CONTROL CABLES:
1. Control cable 1- 30 cores, copper core, PVC insulation, PVC sheath – DVV – 0.6/1 KV
Uses:control signal transmission, voltage level 0.6/1kV, frequency 50Hz, fixed installation.
Technical properties:
-Type without anti-interference screen
The long-term working temperature for cables is 700C.
-The maximum allowable temperature when short circuit with time not more than 5 seconds is 1600C.
Construction:
Applicable standards:Depending on customer requirements, control cable Can CADIVI be manufactured with standard:
– 2 types of insulating plastic: PVC or XLPE.
-There are 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30 cores.
– Anti-interference copper tape or not.
– Without or with protective tape or thread
– Conforms to JIS C3401-92, TCVN 5935-1995, IEC 502
2. Control cable 1 – 30 cores, copper core, PVC insulation, PVC sheath with copper or aluminum diaphragm DVV/Sc – DVV/Sa – 0.6/1 KV
Uses: CADIVI control cable transmit control signal, voltage level 0.6/1kV, frequency 50Hz, fixed installation.
Technical properties:
– The type without anti-interference diaphragm is denoted DVV .
– The type with anti-interference copper diaphragm is denoted DVV/Sc.
– The type with anti-interference aluminum diaphragm is denoted DVV/Sa.
– The allowable long-term working temperature for cables is 70oC.
– Maximum allowable temperature when short circuit with time not more than 5 seconds is 1600C

– 2 types of insulating plastic: PVC or XLPE.

Technical properties:
-Type of armor with 2 layers of steel tape, without anti-interference barrier, denoted DVV/DSTA.
– The allowable long-term working temperature for cables is 70oC.
– The maximum allowable temperature when short circuit with time not more than 5 seconds is 1600C.

Applicable standards: Depending on customer requirements, CADIVI is capable of producing:
– 2 types of insulating plastic: PVC or XLPE.

– Allowable long-term working temperature for cable is 70oC
– Maximum temperature allowed when short circuit with time not more than 5 seconds is 160oC

Applicable standards: Depending on customer requirements, CADIVI is capable of producing:
– 2 types of insulating plastic: PVC or XLPE.
– There are 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10,12,15,20,25,30 cores
– With or without an anti-interference screen.
