ZAM Sheet Steel Cabinet

• Type: Free-standing cabinet, fully enclosed to prevent insects and termites.

• Operating condition: Indoor use.

• Minimum enclosure protection rating: ≥ IP41

• Cabinet material: Hot-rolled steel, ensuring a high-gloss finish.

• Cabinet sheet thickness: ≥ 2.0 mm.

• Coating type: Electrostatic powder coating.

• Surface treatment: Steel surface is thoroughly cleaned, coated with adhesion and anti-corrosion agents before painting.

• Paint layer: Smooth, durable, glossy finish. Coating thickness: 55–65 μm.

• Paint color: RAL 7032 or equivalent.

• Welding method: TIG welding, ensuring firm, clean joints without slag.

• Door gasket: Rubber gasket (MACVIN brand or equivalent). For rubber gaskets used in areas with tempered glass panels, additional filler gaskets must be included.

• Lock and hinges: Hengzhu brand or equivalent.

• Front door: 1 door with tempered glass and an inner masking panel.

• Rear door: 1 door.

• Door opening angle: ≥ 135º

• Door handle: Flush lockable handle with a shared key system.

• Cabinet ventilation: Equipped with ventilation openings for air circulation when the heater operates, with insect-proof mesh and dust filters.

• Interior structure: Includes support bars for cable trays, din bars, etc.

• Cabinet base: Cut-out holes sealed with 3 bottom plates.
