Marketing Department would like to inform all customers of Quan Pham Industrial Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd about the implementation of the program “Hurry up, travel now” as follows:

1. Purpose:

• Promote sales.
• Follow the regulations of the Department of Industry and Trade on reporting results of promotions.

2. Program Details:

Customers who buy goods at Quan Pham company or an agent store will receive scratch cards according to the following conditions:

Number of scratch cards = (purchase amount / 10,000,000 VND) * 1 (scratch ticket). Take the whole part and round down. For example: Number of scratch cards = (19,000,000/10,000,000*1=1.9 à Customer receives 01 scratch card.

The number of scratch card prizes is as follows:

• Regulations on how winners are determined:

Customers who meet the program rules and regulations will be issued with corresponding scratch cards; Prizes are printed directly under the matte lamination scratch layer. For prizes:

• Korea trip scratch card will say “Win 01 ticket to Korea tour”
• Singapore tour scratch card will say “Win 01 Singapore tourist ticket”
• Power Bank, scratch card will say: Win 01 Power Bank”
• Raincoats, scratch cards will say “winning 1 raincoat”
• T-shirts, scratch cards will say “win 1 t-shirt”
• Wall clock, scratch card will say “winning 01 Wall Clock”
• Remaining 778 unsuccessful votes will be written “Good luck”
• Regulation on the validity of proof of winning determination:
• The winning scratch card must have the same results as in the Regulations on how to determine winning.
• The coupon and the serial number must match the bond issued by Quan Pham company. Or compare it with the serial number in the accounting department’s list of customers receiving vouchers.
• Where, how and how to award the prize;
• Available at the point of sale.
• Or send to the address requested by the customer (Customers bear the shipping fee, so they must notify the customer in advance).
• For customers in the province who buy goods at the company or agency store, customers take a photo or scan the winning scratch card and send it to the marketing or sales department (Sales will report back to the marketing department by mail) for information. list and collect gifts.
