Below is the information of standard wire mesh cable trays that we manufacture.
Material:
- Carbon Steel
- SS304L
- SS316L
Surface Finish:
- PG: pre-galvanized zinc material according to ASTM A653.
- EZ: electro zinc plated according to EN 12329-2000. Thickness average 12microns, minimum 8microns.
- HDG: hot dipped galvanized according to EN 1461-1999. Thickness above 60microns.
- PC: powder coated according to EN 10309-1999. Thickness above 50microns. Color optional.
- SS: pickled & passivated, or electrolytic polished for stainless steel material.
- DC/GT: dacromet / geomet for accessories.
Dimensions:
All our wire mesh cable trays are constructed with a 50mm x 100mm mesh configuration. The standard wire diamater we use is 5.0mm. Speial diameter from 4.0 to 6.0 is available. As per the length of wire mesh cable tray, 3m is recommended. 2.9m is also widely used to fit 20ft container.
