What is Tole Zam?
Ton Zam is an alloy of Zinc Steel (Zn), Aluminum (Al), Magnesium (Mg). The name Zam is taken from the first 3 chemical characters of Zinc, Aluminum, and Magnesium to create an alloy with extremely high corrosion resistance, in addition to anti-corrosion, Zam is also very scratch resistant.
Construction of Zam corrugated iron
Ton Zam has a 5-layer structure.
The plating of the Zam tole is coated with Aluminum (Al) and Magnesium (Mg) with the exact composition as follows:
– Aluminum (Al): 6%
– Magnesium (Mg): 3%
Uses of Zam corrugated iron:
– Corrosion resistance: Tole Zam is a very good anti-corrosion alloy, its corrosion resistance is 10-20 times higher than galvanized steel, 5-8 times higher than Galfan steel.
– High durability: The coating of Tole Zam is stronger than ordinary galvanized steel, so Tole Zam has higher durability even in harsh environments.
– Economical: Because of its high corrosion resistance and durability, it will save maintenance and replacement costs.
Application of tole Zam:
Tole Zam is widely used in the fields of construction, electrical appliances, electronic equipment, agriculture, industry, electronics and telecommunications, industrial electricity, cable tray ladder.
