The images of the 11th anniversary are still imprinted in the memory to every detail as if it happened yesterday, but a very long way has passed with many memorable events; so many difficulties, hardships with joys and pride. Today marks the 11th anniversary of our anniversary, we are moved to look at ourselves, indeed, over the long journey, there have been great changes in the stature and position of the Company in the industry industrial electrical equipment

From the very first days of its establishment, in the period when the country started the renovation period and the industry was not yet developed, we wondered: What is the most practical thing to do? for yourself, for your family and contribute a lot to the homeland? How to  contributing effectively most within my very limited capacity to contributing to the country’s industrial development? Along with burning dreams and aspirations From the bottom of our hearts like every Vietnamese, we have both done and thought a lot to define our direction and mission. In the situation of extreme poverty, with a small amount of capital and modest luggage, we understand that the road to the dream shore is still very long and thorny. Only perseverance, determination, sacrifice, and endurance can expect to reach the destination. Since then, we have always been loyal to the chosen direction and mission
– Provide customers with the best products and services best quality,fast fastest and best after-sales service for customers and dealers

–  Creating a working environment with the highest efficiency  to fully promote talents capacity of each officer employee 

Along with those missions, one of the important policies that we have implemented during the past 11 years is Spirit of Military Pham in cooperation and competition.

The things that we pursue have been warmly supported and encouraged by customers, partners, friends and the whole society. It is his efforts, the guidance of his father’s generation along with that support, help and encouragement that has brought Quan Pham the results today.

We affirm will continue to pursue the defined mission mission and policies. Quan Pham always boldly has innovations in management methods, business plans or techniques, and technology BUT certain  messages mission and policies above will never change.
