Using cable ladder, cable tray or cable tray?

Cable ladder is usually used when the wiring distance is 3-10m. Cable ladder accounts for 75% of system selection cable tray ladder due to advantages the following outstanding:
High ventilation:
– The heat generated in the conductor will be significantly reduced by the ventilation of the cable ladder when air circulates on the conductor. Conductor will be more durable in other cases.

Convenience:
– Fixing conductors becomes easier with the horizontal bars of the cable ladder.
– Easy wire navigation.
– No accumulation of steam.
– The distance between the horizontal bars of cable ladder is reasonable, the cable will not sunken between the crossbars.

Cable trough is usually used for low heat conductors, short wiring distances from 3-10m.

Cable trays with ventilation holes are more aesthetically pleasing than cable ladders. Small conductors are not sunken like cable ladders.

The solid bottom and tray provide better protection for the conductor than cable ladders from insect bites. Although there are ventilation holes, the air circulation is negligible.

Single rail cable tray is commonly used for power cables and low voltage, these cable tray bars are mainly made of aluminum for faster and more flexible installation.
