PRESSING PROCESS TUBE FOR ACSR LINE

1. Process

Before pressing the patch pipe, it is necessary to check that the cross-section or diameter of the conductor used must be the same cross-sectional size or diameter as the conductor indicated on the patch pipe.

2. How to install

a) Use gasoline and wire brush to clean dirt and oxidation layer of the conductor on the length of the part in contact with the patch tube. The maximum time from cleaning to pressing the conductor is 10 minutes.

b) The anterior directional portion of the patch tube is placed over the conductor and the remaining portion is inserted into the upper directional section along the groove so that the scratched, abraded portion of the conductor is covered.

c) The patch pipe is placed in between function Pressing and pressing, the position in the middle of the patch tube is the first pressing point. Then proceed to press from the middle to the edge of the pipe so that the rear joint overlaps 1/3 of the previous one.

After squeezing half, proceed to press the other half of the pipe so that the posterior joint overlaps 1/3 of the previous one.
